Just real quick! I had an inquiry in regard to the drawing. Yes, there were 3 winners. However, the first winner wins the actual give away. Well, it's like this....
when it comes to computer tech stuff...well, quite frankly I am a total tard!
With that being said, no video at this point in the game. But, I do have the software that I need to make it a bit easier...so they say :)
I will eventually get to making videos but right now I am working really hard at getting my website up and running. It's taking a wee bit longer than expected. Once I get that all dialed in I will have more time to dedicate to this blogging, facebook and videos!

Thursday April 1st

Well, hopefully none of you fell victim to any April Fool pranks! :) Been getting ready for company to come in for Easter. I tried to get the video to post of the winners here on the blog but for some reason its not loading. I can view it fine but it wont load. I will see if I can get it loaded this weekend. If for some reason I still cant get it loaded I will just post the names for now. Sorry about this :( If any one has the know how on how to do this please feel free to contact me and maybe between the two of us we can get that sucker loaded.

I will post more in the begining of the week.

Alright....looks like we are getting there. Only have about another 20 people to go and I will post the first give away! I have a couple of questions for you all and would really appreciate any input. Ok, here goes...
Would you prefer to win a gathering I put together for you or, would you rather be given a certain dollar amount that can be spent on my website? In other words...I could give the choice of a $50.00 value package I put together OR you could go on the website and spend $50.00 on whatever you choose. Should it be a choice or should I just say this week is this or that? And what about this. Kinda like the ol' lets make a deal for those of you who are OLD like me. Where Monty would give you the option of box A B or C? I would show a picture of the boxes and you pick. That would be video taped as well. Ummm, what else was there? Oh yes....Ok, so I notice there are a lot of videos out there. Some are really fun to watch others ...well...like fingers on a chalk board...LOL...(sorry) What are you looking for? One that has lots of steps...as in...cut paper to...tape paper to...flip paper...etc etc etc...or more of just a quick slapin it together but then giving the details at the end of paper sizes and such. Trying to keep this short. Do you prefer talking thru the whole video or perhaps a lil background music with sub titles as to what I am doing? How about shorter blog entries with no mis spelled words... LOL LOL..sorry..just have a million ideas running around and wanna try and bring you a great site.
Ok, one more thing then I will save the rest for another blog entry. How about a card contest? In other words you send a picture of your card I post it here on the blog and bloggers vote. Who ever gets the most votes in a specified period of time wins a lil prize??? Dumb? Would posted with names unless you wanted your name posted. Thought maybe a number system would be best. okokok...thats all for now. THANK YOU for any input you can give.

WOW, its a B E A U T I F U L morning here. The bulbs have all bloomed...the sun is shining...and the birds are singing their morning praise!

Went to Home Depot last night and bought some new color for my beds. Will be spending the day planting and getting ready for Easter. Easter morning has always been a tradition of Italian Easter bread, hard boiled colored eggs, salami and hot cocoa. You either love it or hate it! lol...My kids have all grown up on and have become accustomed to the 'flavors'. Will be sure to post picures. The greatest thing for me this Easter is that my parents who are up there in years will be spending it with us. As well as my brother who I dont see often enough. He flew in yesterday to LA to spend a week. So excited to see him. So blessed I am :)

Ok, so enough on that...I want to thank those of you who have joined my blog. I will do my best to be sure to update as often as possible. I will start posting videos as well. :) Just got to get the nerve to do it. LOL

okokok...I'm rambling on here...I wanted to show you the new lil stamp racks Wayne put up for me yesterday. I had all the wooden stamps in a box and it just didn't work out well for me. I will be selling these made to order on my website. Any size..sold by the foot! :)

Ok, I really thought I was going to follow thru and be sure to update my blog at least once a week. I lied! GASP~ LOL...
But, I really really will try this week.
I do have some new news. I am finally getting my website up and running. Once it opens I will have a special grand opening. For those who follow my blog I will be having drawings and free giveaways. Invite your friends :)

Ok, so tip of the week...this one I just found this morning.
My husband bought me the 12 x 24 inch cutting mats for my circut. Bless his heart..he thought 'bigger the better' LOL...well, I dont really have a use for the longer ones at this point. But, didn't want to take them back because I didn't want to hurt his feelings. Was putting them away in the closet...never to be seen again and BOOM! The thought...the light...the epiphany of all epiphany! Take the 2 and make into 4. I cut them right on the 12 inch mark and ended up with 4 mats for the price of 2. Go on...bow...bow...bow...LOL...I know huh? Great idea. So, next time you see the large mats on sale...pick 'em up. YOU can use them :)

Helpful Hint For The Week~

Ok, so a dear friend of mine turned me on to BABY WIPES! Oh my gosh...the next best thing to sliced bread. I had a stamp pad cleaner...LOL LOL...yea, uh NO! With as much stamping as I do that was a joke. Use baby wipes! Freakin unbelievable...easy, economical and a million and one uses. I buy mine at the dollar store. I bought the first plastic container at Target for a buck-seventy nine...then I just add the refills. I use them to wipe up my work area...clean my stamps.. my hands...clean the kids hands when they come in etc. I even use them to make stamp pads!!! Yep, you simply take a coupld of baby wipes. Fold them to make them into a shape of a stamp pad. Add ink drop from reinkers and wa la! You have custome colors. Simply use it as you would a regular stamp pad.

Thought I would start trying to do this blog thing. Seems facebook has kind of taken the lead as far as friends and such. Need to get this thing off the ground :)I will continue posting my cards on here and plan on posting techniques and such too. You can also post questions and I will do my best to answer or get the answer for you :)So, enough with all the gabber. Off to post some new pics of cards and then post a helpful hint for the week!

A Beautiful Day

I feel so lonely lol....
It's gonna be a good day...another brisk morning and we are expecting rain and snow tonight! Wooooohooooo!
Woke up and the first thing I see on my welcome screen is news about soda and cancer. OMG...bad bad bad....and here I was "thinking" about doing weight watchers??? Uh HELLLLLOOOOOO...no thinking about it. TODAY IS THE DAY...would love for you to join me for the journey...could be fun and helpful. Just thought I would ask. And hey, if anyone else happens to ever read this and would like to have a WW buddy just let me know. So needless to say..less sitting at my craft table and more movin around. Chicken is out for dinner tonight! Arggggggg....feeling like I am walking against gravity.

I am excited about a new card I am going to make today with the new stamps Brandy and I bought yesterday. We shall see how it turns out. I really need to get my speed down. Really, it shouldnt take me all day to make a single card LOL.

Hello~ Thanks for stopping in to visit my lil' corner of the world. I found a new love ...card making and scrapbooking. Can you really ever have too many stamps? LOL....Uh no!
